These terms cover using this website. They don't cover a build — if you hire me, that's a separate written agreement, and that document governs the work.

What this site is

A description of a service and a way to start a conversation. Nothing on it is an offer that becomes binding when you fill in the form. Submitting the form books a conversation, not a project.

The speed guarantee

The guarantee stated on this site — that if your new site isn't faster than your current one on mobile, you don't pay — is real, and the terms of it are set out in the client agreement before any work starts. In outline: measurement is on the same device and connection, before and after, and the remedy is that you don't pay for the build. It is not a promise of a particular score, a particular ranking, or a particular number of enquiries.

The speed check tool

The checker runs Google's PageSpeed Insights against the address you give it and shows you what Google returns. The scores are Google's, not mine. They vary between runs, they reflect one page rather than a whole site, and a low score isn't proof that anything is broken. Treat it as a starting point for a conversation. It's offered as-is, and it may be unavailable or rate-limited.

Only run it against sites you own or have permission to test.

Pricing

Prices shown are current at the time of writing and may change. The founding client rate is limited in number and time. The price that applies to you is the one in your written agreement.

Examples and results

Speed scores and client examples are published only with the client's permission. Results vary with the site, its content, and its hosting — someone else's numbers aren't a forecast of yours. Anything marked PLACEHOLDER is exactly that, and is not a claim about real work.

The words, design, and code on this site are mine. Don't republish them as your own. Linking to it is welcome.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. I don't guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and I'm not liable for losses arising from using it or relying on information on it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
