Privacy Policy

I'm a one-person web design business in Henderson, Nevada. This page explains what this site collects, why, and what I do with it. It's short because the site does very little.

What this site collects

When you submit the booking form: your name, phone number, and business website address. Nothing else is required.

Alongside that submission: the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), the referring page, and the path you landed on. This tells me which ad or post sent you, so I know what's worth repeating.

When you use the speed check: the website address you enter is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights API to be measured, and the result is cached on my server for about thirty minutes. That address isn't stored against you, isn't added to any list, and isn't linked to a form submission unless you choose to book.

If analytics is enabled: Google Analytics 4 records standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. It also records when a form is submitted or a phone number is tapped, so I can tell which parts of the page do the work.

What I don't collect

No accounts, no passwords, no payment details — nothing is bought or paid for on this site. No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels beyond the analytics described above.

Who else sees it

Form submissions go to my CRM so I can follow up. Analytics data, if enabled, sits with Google. Website addresses entered into the speed check go to Google's PageSpeed Insights API. Those are the only three, and each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

I do not sell your personal information, and I never have. Under Nevada law (NRS 603A) you may direct an operator not to sell your information; since I don't sell it, there is nothing to opt out of — but you can still send the request to the address below and I'll confirm in writing.

How long I keep it

Enquiries stay in my CRM while there's a live conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask me to delete yours and I will.

Your choices

Write to me and I'll tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There's no form and no waiting queue — it's one person reading the email.

Children

This site sells website design to businesses. It isn't directed at children and I don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. I won't quietly broaden what I collect.
